There was close to 20,000 in the pot with the Q♠7♠6♠3♥K♠ already on the board when the action was paused on Fausto Gravagna for a few minutes. He eventually bet 7,200 and Giuseppe Marone went into the tank for over two minutes.

Eventually, Marone called only to get the bad news. Gravagna turned over the A♠Q♣ for the nut flush. Nothing could be this but Marone flashed the inconsequential 7♥ anyway.
