“How much?” asked Erik Ostergaard from one seat over.

He tanked for a few moments more before he raised to 17,000. The rest of the table folded and the cards were turned over.

It appeared to be over before it began for Schwarzkopf after Ostergaard improved to a set of cowboys on the 3♥K♦4♥ flop. The table made some noise after the 6♦ turn with Schwartzkopf now having an open-ended straight draw.

None of those eight outs came. Instead, the Q♣ river completed the board and Schwartzkopf was eliminated at least for now.
